The Fallen Idol

I watched The Fallen Idol last night, and it was a little bit of a disappointment. A lot of it looks great, but I feel like the story has aged into corniness, and we no longer want to linger this long on insufferable children. Even for a time when movies were of reasonable length, this was too slight to justify the format here.
